Crafted weekly by our butchers, each box includes a variety of quality cuts designed to make meal planning simple and stress-free. No more wondering what to buy or making extra trips to the store, just reliable, premium farm fresh meat ready when you need it.

Our goal is to take the pressure out of weekly shopping while ensuring you always have a selection of fresh, versatile cuts ready for easy meals at home.

Each weekly or fortnightly box contains:

  • A variety of premium beef and lamb cuts
  • Minimum of 6 x 500 gram cuts per box
  • Designed to feed 3–4 people (depending on portion size)
  • A balanced mix of cuts suited to quick meals and family cooking

Perfect for families and couples who want quality meat on hand without the weekly decision-making.

  • Dispatch Day: Every Wednesday & Thursday
  • Order Cut-Off: 11.30am Thursday
  • Orders placed after 11.30am Thursday will be dispatched the following week
  • Delivered fresh and carefully packed to maintain quality

      We love our subscription box! It's so great to have different cuts of meat to what you would get at the supermarket (and much better quality!) and this dictates our meals for the week. It's like Christmas everytime the box arrives! Would highly recommend

      Fantastic Quality and Quantity

      If you are sick of the same cuts of meat week in , week out - I suggest you get the Subscription box. It is always a surprise when you open it up - not knowing what is inside - the meat is ALWAYS so fresh and tasty. I love deciding what to cook and have had some cuts that I have never tried before. The price is so good for the quantity that arrives. The fact you can put a pause on your subscription and then very easily start it up again makes it so easy. Thanks Midddlehurst Station - I will continue to subscribe!
