Lamb backstrap is amazing

Like other cuts at Middlehurst this is fantastic quality Merino, which is prime meat and different to supermarket cuts by a long shot. And the back strap, of course, is a cut above the rest.

This cut was absolutely delicious, really easy to throw on the grill - but be careful not to overcook
Very delicate flavour- a new twist on lamb!

Lamb and roja sauce

We enjoyed the back strap with a delicious roja sauce (preserved red pepper, tomatoes, smoked capsicum and a hint of chili). Delicious.

We purchased backstrap and ribeye. Both were delicious. Delivery was quick and arrived in mint condition.
