Luscious Lamb,

The Lamb Forequarter has always been my favourite cut. The boned and butterflied version which Middlehurst is providing is absolutely delectable…..so, so tender, succulent and flavoursome. And so easy to prepare and cook slowly with nothing but Rock Salt and Rosemary, so as to be able to savour the mouth watering flavour. AND, of course, so easy to carve with the absence of Bones!
