Merino Leg Steak

I love this versatile cut. With its ability (being full flavoured marino) to withstand added rub's or marination. Or simply with oil salt and pepper! Perfect for the BBQ. So forgiving you can't stuff it up. So easy for small informal family lunches or dinner, or a superstar on a meat platter with friends.

Simple and delicious to cook

A brilliant cut for a quick roast, or sliced for a stir fry. We enjoyed warmed roasted leftovers on slices of toasted and buttered Arobake Sour Dough, with a smudge of Dijon, mashed buttery peas, watercress, and Lamb juices from the roast. And a good grinding of black pepper, and a little salt.
