Smashed Angus Beef & Kimchi Burger

So easy and yum! The kimchi sauce is so delish you must try it!
Can also be made with Lamb Mince as well.
Ingredients

500g Beef mince
-
½ cup kimchi tomato sauce
-
1 tsp cracked pepper
-
1 tsp flaky salt
-
¼ Cup rice wine vinegar
-
1 tsp castor sugar
-
½ cucumber
-
¼ red onion
-
½ red chilli - or more depending how spicy you like

½ cup good quality mayo
-
¼ cup of Apostle kimchi tomato sauce
-
Crunchy Lettuce or finely sliced cabbage would be nice
-
4 slices of cheddar cheese

Directions
Pickled Veg
Add vinegar and sugar to a glass bowl.
Finely slice remaining ingredients and add to vinegar, mix and set aside.
Mayo
Mix sauce and mayo together, taste and add more sauce if you like. Set aside.
Burgers
Turn BBQ on and get the plate nice and hot.
Mix all burger ingrediants together, you might like to use your hands to get everything really nicely combined. Split into 125g balls.
Pop the burger patties onto the plate and use burger smasher or spatula to flatten, nice and thin, allow to cook and flip. They wont take too long.
Once cooked pop the cheese onto the pattie to start to melt.
Assembly
Toast the bun on the BBQ
Pop some mayo on the bottom, then add the burger pattie, cheese, pickles, lettuce and more may to finish! YUM
